According to Technorati they are currently tracking 112.8 million blogs and over 250 million pieces of tagged social media.

Yikes! Thats ALOT of Blogs but branding your blog will make clear to your readers what your blog is about.

You want them to be able to put into words and pictures what your blog is all about.
Otherwise how could they ever want to share your site with others or subscribe if they can’t describe what your blog is about.

1) Who Are You?

2) What is your Blog about?
What is the theme of your blog?
What is your message?

3) Why Are You Blogging?
What drives you to bring such information to others?
What is your passion and why?

4) What Makes your Blog Special?
It’s your combination of all these elements listed above, but how will you communicate it?

Those used to tabbed browsing know why favicons are important. People will see your site stand out of the rest if your favicon is recognizable, after all, a picture says more than a thousand words.

You probably won't see an increase in cash immediately , but it should make you think of your favicon a bit more.
